How to use
As a nutritional supplement, mix 10 g (approximately 2 rounded teaspoons) with ±100-150 ml of cold water, milk or beverage of your choice. Alternatively, blend 10 g into your child’s favourite yoghurt, porridge or smoothie.
Take one serving daily or alternatively use as recommended by a nutritional or healthcare advisor.
